Established in 1957 and a feature of Wells Quay, the unmissable A & M Frary stall sells freshly caught shellfish caught by their own crab and lobster fishing boat. Famous for their freshly dressed crabs and little pots of cockles, whelks, prawns, shrimps and rollmops.
A local landmark, famous along the coast for their beautiful plump kippers. All the smoked fish and meats are hand crafted in-house from top quality ingredients. Alongside smoked prawns and smoked salmon, you'll find local cheeses, condiments and pâtés.
Gurneys is a thriving fishmongers selling the very best in locally produced smoked fish, shellfish and wet fish, mainly landed locally. They also make an exciting selection of fish products from pâtés and pies to soups and sauces and the famous Gurney fishcake.
Award-winning Mrs Temple produces delicious handmade cheese using milk from her Brown Swiss cows. Sold in independent delis and farm shops all along the Norfolk coast, the popular cheeses include Binham Blue, Copys Cloud and Gurney’s Gold.
Located on the family farm that grows award winning malting barley, the Real Ale Shop sells over 60 bottle conditioned ales from 14 local brewers. They also stock Malt Coast craft beer freshly brewed on the farm. The finest real ales made from the best malting barley!
A small farm-to-table company producing quality cider, perry and apple juice from their own locally grown ingredients using traditional production methods. The ciderworks and shop are conveniently situated next to the main town car park with a courtyard and seating.
