The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area – a flexible family space.
Kitchen: A fully equipped, chef-friendly space! You’ll find a full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the pots/pans/utensils you need. Best of all, a barista coffee machine to kickstart your coastal mornings.
Lounge/Diner: Comfortable seating for unwinding after a day of exploring, with a dedicated area for family meals. Seating for 4 plus a small one.
Entrance Hall: There is plenty of space in the entrance hall for muddy boots, coats, and all your beach paraphernalia.
Bathroom: With a bath, over bath shower and towel rail.
Upstairs
The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexible family use (Sleeps 5 comfortably with a bit of furniture shifting!).
Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a luxurious King-sized bed for deep, peaceful sleep with a super comfy mattress.
Bedroom 2 (Family): Two single beds, plus a comfortable pull-out trundle with a single mattress if you need space for one more.
Outside
Private Parking: Enjoy the huge convenience of your own private parking space located right outside the property – a rare find in central Wells!
There is a small outside patio area with table and chairs.
