Ideally located within walking distance of shops and places to eat, the apartment has undoubtedly some of the best views in Wells and also has the advantage of a designated parking space.

Dining area: the dining area has a farmhouse style large table with 4 chairs and bench seating, a picture window looks out towards the quay.
Sitting area: there is a large comfortable part leather sofa, two occasional chairs, footstall, bookcase and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 1: a large spacious room with a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe and storage space in overhead fitted units.
Bedroom 2: a good sized room with full size twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom: with bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Please note: All bedding is hypoallergenic, there is a travel cot stored in the cupboard in the second bedroom and a highchair at this apartment.
Outside
There is a designated parking space for one car in near Tunn’s Yard. Literally steps to the quay and a short walk to shops and eateries.
2 Pauls Maltings is ideally located within walking distance of the beach and coastal path, the independent shops and a variety of places to eat.

Ideally situated for the perfect view of the estuary at Wells. We ate at the Crown, Flour and Plattens. Can recommend all for good food. We enjoyed the views, walks and beautiful beaches. Felbrigg Hall and Sandringham Park are well worth a visit.
Superb views of the harbour. Central location with amenities close by. Property clean and comfortable and well equipped and furnished. Great property and location. Already booked for next year.
A lovely location, right in the middle of a pretty town. Parking space worked really well too. Although it was a busy weekend with the festival we still found the accommodation quiet and enjoyable. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Would highly recommend.
The location is really good with the wonderful view over the harbour. The own parking space is very helpful in the summer time.
A lovely, well equipped apartment with fantastic views across the quay. Very well placed for shops, restaurants and a variety of lovely walks. No particular highlight, just the enjoyment of such lovely surroundings with easy access to a variety of walks, whether during the day, or for an evening stroll.
Super views of the quay and salt marsh. We enjoyed Holkham & Wells beaches, wandering around Wells & quayside & crabbing!

Fantastic location for the views from the apartment and its central location. We enjoyed walking along the coastal path, Holkham Hall and Titchwell RSPB.
Great position in Wells with fabulous views out to sea over the harbour. The parking space is a bonus!! We travelled to Norfolk to visit the Thursford Christmas show that was fabulous. We love North Norfolk, particularly Wells and Blakeney and once again nowhere failed to deliver!!
The view is wonderful. The TV is good. The central heating is efficient and easy to manage (although the weather was unseasonably mild).
A wonderful location, with beautiful views from the living room windows across Wells harbour....interesting all day long! Very convenient for all the shops and activities in Wells, with both the new Magpie Bakery and the excellent Flour pizza, and Wells Deli all close to hand plus French's F&C.
Clean and comfortable. Suited me very well. I enjoyed being able to look over the quay and harbour. I grew up in North Norfolk, a few miles from Wells. I need a base to be able to visit, walk on the beaches and generally 'recharge'. I do like to return "home" every year.
