Smugglers Cove is a secluded development of 4 apartments and 2 houses set back from the road, amongst trees and a landscaped private driveway.
There’s a shared entrance to the apartment via a glass fronted light and airy hallway with stairs leading to the entrance of 3 Smugglers Cove.
Entrance Hall: Oak-effect flooring with coat hooks.
Kitchen: Contemporary kitchen with fan-assisted electric oven and hob, integral dishwasher, integral washing machine, microwave and a full height fridge/freezer. There is a dining table and four chairs with views out to the shared courtyard garden from the Juliette balcony doors.
Living Room: Beautifully presented with a stylish L-shape corner sofa and separate single armchair, large Smart TV and a selection of games within the wicker chest.
Bedroom 1: A generous space with king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, full-height feature mirror and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Wrought iron twin beds, bedside table and lamp and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
Outside
There are 2 private allocated parking spaces at the front of the apartment and a secure bicycle rack for use by residents.
There is a sunny south west facing rear shared garden which is completely enclosed and mainly paved. There is a picnic table and chairs for use exclusively by 3 Smugglers Cove residents.
Located just a five minute walk from the picturesque quay via the quaint Jolly Sailors Lane and a short stroll from the great selection of shops and places to eat in Wells, this is the perfect place to stay throughout the year. The beautiful sandy beach is easily reached on foot, or via the beach bus, with the splendour of Holkham Hall and beach only 5 minutes drive away.

- Balance payable 42 days prior to arrival

Lovely weather in a wonderful apartment situated in the centre of Wells. A real home from home. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you to everybody involved for a very enjoyable holiday.
Really nice apartment tastefully decorated. Well situated near the town and quay but very quiet location. Parking a real bonus. Had some excellent food at the Crab House, The Crown at Buttlands and of course fish and chips from Frenchs.
The apartment was lovely and spacious and a great place to stay. It was only 5 minutes away from the town and shops. Walking along the quay and watching the fishermen come in at night was fascinating. Last but not least French’s fish and chips and the cakes at Two Magpies bakery… delicious!!!
A very cosy, quiet, clean and well equipped apartment located perfectly for everything the town has to offer and access to beach and coastal walks. Off road parking was a real benefit. We love the location, which provided a perfect base for exploring North Norfolk in both directions along the coast.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment which is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed spending time exploring the local area around the coast.
Lovely flat, easy walk to everywhere we needed to go. Cosy and well provided. Amazingly beautiful weather so we even managed some time on the beach. We also did the harbour boat trip which I would certainly recommend.
Lovely apartment, ideal location and parking! Walks to the beach to see the seals, then hot chocolate at the Two Magpies. Great food at Bang!
Enjoyed walking round Wells and visiting local restaurants and deli. Also had visits to Blakeney and the Holt to Sheringham railway which were both enjoyable. Felbrigg hall and Blickling estate were 2 National trust places which we have not visited before and we particularly enjoyed.
The property was ready on our arrival, was clean and comfortable. Good location and parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
We had a lovely stay, the property was well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed and was in a great location. We were lucky with the weather so walked to Holkham beach to the Lookout and then back to Wells.
