This detached three bedroomed holiday home is tucked away in the heart of the picturesque town, close to the quayside, shops and eateries in Wells.
4 Odd Fellows Court is not only perfectly placed but boasts a south facing garden, a private designated parking space and a ground floor single bedroom. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor a king size room with a full sized wooded cot and a good sized twin room with two full size single beds.
The open living area has a fully fitted kitchen leading to the bright sunny sitting/dining area with large French doors leading to the south facing garden perfect for alfresco dining.
Suitable for four guests with the use of three bedrooms.

First Floor
The stairs are not steep, with a hand rail on the landing is a high chair and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 1: a large family room with dormer window, a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of draws, full size mirror and a full size wooden cot.
Bedroom 2: twin room with two size single beds, dormer window, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamp.
Outside
There is a private parking space located on Newgate Lane (adjacent) marked with a number 4, next to archway leading to Oddfellow court.
The front door to 4 Oddfellows is accessed via Clubbs Lane or walking through Oddfellows Court onto Clubbs Lane.
4 Oddfellows has a great fully enclosed outside seating area in the well maintained south facing garden with patio, topiary, shrubs and wooded tables and chairs.
Just a few moments walk from the quayside with a variety of shops, or in the opposite direction and just as close is The Buttlands, a Georgian square with two fabulous pubs The Crown and The Globe.

Lovely and convenient location for exploring Wells. Loved sitting on the harbour walls watching the boats and wildlife. Highly recommend French's fish and chips although the queues can be long but moves quickly.
We had a wonderful holiday. The house was in a perfect position and was very clean. As the weather was so good we spent a lot of days on the beach. We had excellent meals out at the Globe and Bowling Green Inn. Hope to return to Wells next summer.
First week the weather hot and sunny, made the best of sitting out at garden table. Second week a little damp, made full use of jigsaws. Found the cottage nice and clean. We enjoyed a visit to Holkham Hall and the light railway to Walsingham.

Another lovely week in Oddfellows Court. Ideally situated for walking our favourite stretch of coast and also visits to the harbour for delicious cakes and pastries from 2 Magpies bakery. Also recommend pizzas from Flour.
This is our 5th time staying at 4 Oddfellows. This cottage is superbly situated. Close by to the main shopping area. A short stroll to the Quay. So making your holiday a great stay. It has its own parking which if you know Wells is absolutely essential.
