5 Pauls Maltings is a stunning penthouse coastal apartment which is part of the original maltings on the quay, with absolutely breathtaking panoramic views across Wells harbour and out to sea from the large bay window.

It has a superb sociable light and airy open-plan dining/sitting area with original character beams and two good sized bedrooms making it perfect for one or two couples, or a family to stay. It also has the added advantage of a designated parking space.

Further Details

The apartment is accessed via an external brick staircase (with railings) around the back of the Maltings. Once inside the Maltings there are two further flight of stairs to reach number 5 on the top (third) floor.

Please note there is no lift and so not suitable for less mobile guests.

Open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area a large spacious room with character beams and windows giving stunning views across the harbour. There is wifi available through the apartment.

Kitchen: fitted cream units and well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with an ice-box and dishwasher. (Please note there is no freezer).

Dining Area: Set in a large bay window which enjoys wonderful views overlooking the harbour. Has a large dining table with six comfortable dining chairs.

Sitting Area: Overlooks the harbour with two large comfy sofas, coffee table and Smart TV, there is a further little cosy reading area with chair and stools with picture windows overlooking the quay

Bedroom 1: Has a lovely harbour view from the side window. With a king-size bed, bedside lamps and side table, chest of drawers and mirror over, occasional chairs and coat stand.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers with mirror over and a wooden cot.

Bathroom: With a shower over the bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside: There is the advantage of a designated parking space for one car in nearby Tunns Yard.
