This ideal romantic retreat for two is in an ideal location close to The Crown and Globe and is just a short walk from all of Wells’ shops and the picturesque quay, making this the perfect place to explore Wells and the surrounding North Norfolk coast.
The mezzanine bedroom has restricted headroom and space around the bed.

Communal Entrance Hall: Well maintained communal space with wide sweeping carpeted stairs to the upper floors.
Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room: A spacious room with a light and airy feel, with comfortable sofa, Smart TV. There is a round dining table with 2 chairs. There is a chair and small table by the window where you can sit and enjoy the view across The Buttlands – perfect for watching the world go by!
Kitchen: A well-equipped with a hob and electric fan-assisted oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
Bedroom: With a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. Please be aware the bedroom in set in the eaves and there is limited headroom and space around the bed.
Shower Room: Just off the living area with shower, hand basin and WC.
There is a cupboard with a small hanging space with clothes next to the shower room.
Please note that dogs are not permitted to stay so this is the perfect place for anyone with allergies who requires a dog-free property.
Outside
Although there is no designated off-street parking, there are no parking restrictions on The Buttlands and it is usually possible to park outside.
6 Monteagle is just a few steps to the renowned Crown Hotel and also The Globe Inn. This is a fantastic location right in the heart of Wells, within walking distance of numerous shops and the quay.

An ideal location to enjoy Wells & surrounding area. I was a bit surprised just how compact the bedroom was, however all was ok. The weather was fabulous all week, a real bonus. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Despite its bijou size it provided everything we needed.
A well presented apartment, it was just right for us. We love Wells, so it was nice to finally stay here, so close to the shops & harbour. We can recommend the walk to the lifeboat house and then through the pinewoods to the Lookout cafe.
Close to all amenities, lovely walks, easy parking. Apartment is clean and comfortable, all that we needed for our stay.
We had the best time, loved the apartment & decor and the location couldn't be better, so close to everything. Great views sitting in the window with a glass of wine or two, very relaxing. Hope to return soon.
Ideal property for a short break. High standard of fixtures and fittings. Peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting and eating breakfast looking out over The Buttlands.
Excellent apartment in a great location. Loved the clear instruction folders, the M&S goodies and plenty of cleaning materials and clear communications with yourselves on all matters.
A lovely apartment, great location. Flo and Joe next the sea is a lovely spot for coffee and crab roll and the Sauna next the sea next door is brilliant with a lovely view over the marshes and a great spot for a dip in the water! Morston Quay, Blakeney and Cley are great places for a walk and a visit.
We loved our stay here… prime position in Wells.
Stylish apartment, overlooking The Buttlands, a moments walk to the centre of Wells. We enjoyed sitting in the window, watching the world go by. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed plus a super coffee machine. Comfy bed & lovely welcome basket. Can't wait to return :-)
