A wonderful light and airy one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the iconic Granary building on the quay, with stunning views across Wells harbour, the salt marshes and out to sea.
With panoramic views from both the sitting/dining room and the spacious double bedroom, this is the ideal place to stay throughout the year to watch the fishing boats on the quay and the ever changing tides.
The apartment is situated within a short walk of independent shops and local eateries, as well as the coastal path down to the glorious sandy beach.

Entry to the apartment is via the well-maintained communal lobby where there is a lift or stairs to access the 2nd floor.
The apartment is all on one level and has been comfortably furnished for use as a private holiday home. It is carpeted throughout and has gas central heating.
Sitting/Dining Room: Lovely spacious room with breathtaking views across Wells harbour. There is a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, Freeview digital TV and a dining table with 4 chairs ( ideally positioned to enjoy the views!)
Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with an electric oven with hob, integral fridge, integral freezer, washing machine.
Bedroom: Wonderful views from the large bedroom which has a super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a TV, dressing table and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Good-sized modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
There is a portable electric fan in 6 The Granary.
Outside: There is private off-street parking in the designated spaces at the back of The Granary building.
Conveniently situated on the quay front close to an excellent deli and within a short walk of the independent local shops, The Crown Hotel and Globe Inn, as well as the coastal path down to the glorious sandy beach with the iconic row of brightly coloured beach huts.

- Deposit payable – 33% of total rent

Delighted with the new lounge furniture. Always enjoy the lovely views from the apartment.
A lovely flat with outstanding views and the benefit of a lift to the second floor. It has a brand new 3 piece suite which is the most comfortable of any holiday cottages we have stayed in. There is a second TV in the bedroom which is of great benefit when the football is on.
We had a lovely time. The flat was very well presented, nice and clean and tidy. We were delighted with the welcome pack, thank you, and the table was beautifully laid as a nice surprise too. Many thanks.
The views from the property are fabulous. To be in the centre of Wells and close to all the amenities and restaurants is ideal.
Lovely homely apartment, great views. Well equipped kitchen, quite spacious and very relaxing. Owner left some gifts of wine and nibbles which was nice, thank you.
Efficient booking and very helpful staff, and the wonderful flowers, champagne, chocolates, balloons, etc. We were on our honeymoon and definitely not in our twenties but it was so lovely to be made to feel special. The flat was lovely, good sized rooms, wonderful view out over the harbour at Wells.
Lovely clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment with gorgeous views. Parking right behind the flats was great (and essential for us). Convenient position on the quay, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Appreciated the welcome pack - very nice.

We have now stayed at no 6 the Granary 13 times so I think you could say we love it !! The views are spectacular & if the weather was bad you wouldn’t get bored as it’s always changing - fishermen loading & unloading their boats, tide going in & out etc etc !!

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The position is perfect for all facilities and has stunning views over the quay and marshes. The position is perfect for lovely walks straight from the door along the coast path and into the Holkham estate.
Very relaxing, in comfortable surroundings looking out to a wonderful view. Also, taking in the great Tide fest entertainment.
