Close to the Wells Quay and town centre, it is a fully equipped 3 bedroom self-catering holiday cottage which sleeps 5/6. The accommodation includes off street car parking, gas fired central heating, and is a 2 minute walk from the quay.

On the ground floor:

A well-equipped, open plan kitchen with integrated fridge, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, gas hob and electric oven.

The dining area has an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs and a 'coat & welly' cupboard with a selection of board games and DVD’s.

In the lounge there are two comfy sofas, a 32" flat screen TV (complete with BT TV) and a DVD player. The cottage is equipped with BT superfast fibre optic broadband.

On the first floor:

The modern twin bedroom has two full size single beds, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror.

The Bathroom has a separate shower and bath with unlimited hot water supplied by the gas combi boiler.

Bedroom two has a full size single bed and full size trundle to allow use as a single or twin room, ideal for children. This room is a walkthrough to the master bedroom with a door to close off the 2nd floor staircase.

On the second floor:

A fabulous bedroom with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, relaxing chair & footstool and flat screen TV.

From the velux window there is a wonderful view over the cottage rooftops leading to the salt marshes and the sea.

9 Mindhams Yard is easily found from Freeman Street and is situated between Black Horse Yard and Chapel Yard.

No. 9 can be found half way up the yard on the left hand side.
