9 Mindhams Yard is a traditional fisherman’s holiday cottage situated in Wells-next-the-Sea. Close to the Wells Quay and town centre, it is a fully equipped 3 bedroom self-catering holiday cottage which sleeps 5/6. The accommodation includes off street car parking, gas fired central heating, and is a 2 minute walk from the quay.

The accommodation is for 5 to 6 persons.

On the ground floor:

The well-equipped, open plan kitchen has hand painted shaker-style units, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and Smeg gas hob with electric oven. There is also an espresso machine along with the usual microwave, kettle and toaster etc.

All the china is plain white with coloured mugs for coffee. All cutlery is stainless steel and the wine glasses are plain crystal.

The dining area has an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs, a radio and an iPod docking station. There is a ‘coat & welly’ cupboard that houses the broom and mop, etc.

In the sitting room are two comfy ecru sofas, a 32″ flat screen TV (complete with BT TV), a DVD player and a large coffee table. The cottage is equipped with superfast fibre optic broadband.

On the first floor:

The twin bedded room has two full length 3ft wide beds, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror.

The modern bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath, separate shower and cream tiled floor. There is also unlimited hot water via the “heat on demand” gas fired boiler.

Bedroom two also has a 3ft wide full length bed and 3ft wide full length trundle to make this a single or twin ideal for children.

This is a walkthrough room with the option of closing the door to the second floor staircase.

On the second floor:

A fabulous double room with a king-size bed with a dressing table, chest of drawers and flat screen TV. From the velux window there is a wonderful view over the cottage rooftops leading to the salt marshes and the sea.

9 Mindhams Yard is easily found from Freeman Street and is situated between Black Horse Yard and Chapel Yard.

No. 9 can be found half way up the yard on the left hand side.
