There are 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed, a double bed and 2 single beds. A cot and highchair are available plus 2 small temporary beds can be made-up on the gallery for additional overnight visitors.
The cottage has full central heating and is double glazed throughout.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with over-bath shower, cloakroom, bedroom, dining room that seats 8 and sitting room with digital television and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker etc.
The first floor has open-plan stairs to the gallery and 2 further bedrooms.
The cottage has full central heating, double-glazing and FREE wireless broadband.
Outside is a patio with a garden table that seats 8, set in well maintained garden and grounds with gravel drive leading to a large car-port.
There is a garden cupboard with sun umbrella for the patio, a windbreak and another umbrella for the beach.
Parking is in a carport and there is additional parking in the grounds.
There is secure storage for bicycles in the large drying room. There are 2 bicycles for hire on the property.
Antwis Cottage is situated in the village of Binham, 5 miles from Wells. Binham is a very small village, famous for its Benedictine Priory. The cottage is within a few minutes' walk away from the Priory and its interesting ruins, general store and a Public House (the Chequers) which serves good food and brews their own ale.
For walkers and cyclists, the cottage is very close to the Norfolk Coast Path and North Norfolk Cycle Way. It is also well serviced by the coastal buses.
