Entrance hall with access to the apartment from Staithe Street.
The spacious open plan living/dining area has oak flooring throughout. Sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table with seating for three.
Features include Smart TV, CD/DVD player, Ruark audio system with internet radio, Bluetooth.
Rear entrance to garden area.
The kitchen area is exceptionally well equipped with Neff gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Marble worktops, breakfast bar with two stools. Space for boots and coats.
Off the hall is a double bedroom with window seat, king size bed, bedside tables with Anglepoise lamps, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The recently renovated bathroom has a tiled floor, walk in Grohe shower, washbasin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
Outside is a private paved patio area with planters, bistro table and chairs. Rear access.

A lovely apartment, wonderful to be just steps away from amazing walks, independent shops, and places to eat and drink. What a fantastic week we have had, looking forward to returning.
Great apartment in the middle of town. Very clear instructions about parking which were brilliant. Everything you could want or need in the apartment, exceptionally clean. Great shops, lovely area. I would recommend the apartment and Wells to anyone.

We loved our time here! It was quiet despite being in the heart of Wells and had everything we needed for a fabulous long weekend. The apartment was even better than in the photos. Thank you for a brilliant couple of days.
