Ground Floor
Featuring an open plan layout, the ground floor is beautifully furnished and stylish.
The well-equipped kitchen has a Belfast sink, dishwasher, double electric oven, halogen hob, washing machine, microwave and integrated fridge.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, wood-burner and digital Smart TV with NOW TV. The dining table has a cushioned bench and 3 chairs.
First Floor
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside table & lamp, a chest of drawers, full length mirror, armchair and a wardrobe. It is a sumptuous and beautifully presented room.
The twin bedroom has full-size twin beds, a bedside table & lamp and a chest of drawers.
The modern bathroom has a large shower with rain and hand shower features, a wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
At the front of the cottage is a pretty courtyard garden with a bistro table and chairs for 4 people, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. You will also find a wooden bench to rest, relax and people watch.
Parking is available on certain sections of the High Street right outside the cottage and adjoining streets free of charge. There are numerous car parks in Wells where long-stay parking tickets can be purchased.
Superbly located on the old High Street, the cottage is just moments from the famous Buttlands square with its pretty green and 2 of the finest local pubs. Nearby Staithe Street is brimming with artisan shops, local produce, cafes and eateries. The picturesque quay is a short stroll away, where you’ll find the path that takes you to the Pine forest and the miles of sandy beach.

Cottage was excellent, impressive layout, furnishings and quality of the kitchen equipment. Very comfortable seating. Position of cottage was perfect, close enough to the quayside, restaurants and pubs yet far enough away for peace and quiet.
Absolutely fabulous cottage. Put together with a very artistic style. Every thing was thought about and placed in a perfect position. The cottage was very clean, perfectly situated. Just a short walk left or right you come to some fabulous pubs serving very good food. We enjoyed discovering Wells.
The cottage is in a quiet location and with easy access to the shops and seafront. We enjoyed a circular 4.5 mile walk around Binham Priory followed by tea and a cake at the Dairy Cafe. The kind gifts on arrival were much appreciated.
Beautiful cottage in a great location in Wells. Very comfortable and everything you need. We enjoyed lunches at The Globe Inn. Two Magpies Bakery for delicious food.
Lovely cottage, very cozy and had everything we needed for a short break. Local amenities a short walk and a lovely walk to the beach.
What an absolutely wonderful cottage! We booked last minute but struck gold with this beautifully decorated, cosy and convenient cottage. It had a very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and was in a fabulous location for Wells and the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely stay, would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bailey Wick Cottage. It was perfect for us. A very beautiful cottage and felt really comfortable staying there. We are hoping to visit again in the near future.
We had a great week at Bailey Wick cottage. The cottage is small but cosy and well equipped. The heating was very efficient so we stayed warm on the chillier nights! Beautifully decorated, great location, thoughtful welcome pack, lots of board games, and the next door neighbours are lovely!
The cottage and location were just perfect! Very friendly neighbour and locals. Lovely walks straight from the front door.
Bailey Wick Cottage is a beautiful cottage, the decor is very restful with lovely furnishing and lighting features. The kitchen is extremely well thought out with every thing you could need. The beds very comfortable and the wood burner a welcome sight.
We had a lovely stay, good location out of way but close enough to walk to all the lovely places to eat, shop and walk to the beach. Cottage is cosy, warm and has everything need as a couple there for a short or long break.
House was perfect, couldn’t ask for anything better.
