The well-equipped kitchen has a Belfast sink, dishwasher, double electric oven, halogen hob, washing machine, microwave and integrated fridge.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, wood-burner and digital Smart TV with NOW TV. The dining table has a cushioned bench and 3 chairs.

First Floor

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside table & lamp, a chest of drawers, full length mirror, armchair and a wardrobe. It is a sumptuous and beautifully presented room.

The twin bedroom has full-size twin beds, a bedside table & lamp and a chest of drawers.

The modern bathroom has a large shower with rain and hand shower features, a wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bathroom towels are provided.


At the front of the cottage is a pretty courtyard garden with a bistro table and chairs for 4 people, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. You will also find a wooden bench to rest, relax and people watch.

Parking is available on certain sections of the High Street right outside the cottage and adjoining streets free of charge. There are numerous car parks in Wells where long-stay parking tickets can be purchased.

Superbly located on the old High Street, the cottage is just moments from the famous Buttlands square with its pretty green and 2 of the finest local pubs. Nearby Staithe Street is brimming with artisan shops, local produce, cafes and eateries. The picturesque quay is a short stroll away, where you'll find the path that takes you to the Pine forest and the miles of sandy beach.
