Downstairs there's a stunning open plan kitchen/sitting area and a separate dining room/TV room, with two gorgeous bedrooms upstairs each with their own modern bath/shower room. Plantation shutters and thermostatically controlled underfloor heating and radiators ensure that guests will be warm and comfortable throughout the year. Outside there's a courtyard garden and the advantage of being able to explore the delights of Wells and its gorgeous sandy beach on foot.

Kitchen: A stylish contemporary well-equipped kitchen with integral appliances which include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double electric oven with an induction hob and a washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with four comfy bar stools.

Sitting Area: Has a charcoal grey large corner sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV with a DVD player.

Dining/TV Room: Has a dining table with four chairs, a sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV. An ideal room for children or those wishing to escape from everyone else!

First Floor

The staircase leads up from the sitting area and is not steep with a hand rail.

Bedroom 1: A beautifully presented room with a king-size upholstered bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, armchair and a chest of drawers. There are two steps up to the en-suite shower room: superb contemporary walk-in shower, vanity basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: A lovely high-ceilinged room with twin upholstered beds (which may be pushed together), bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom: A spacious contemporary bathroom with a bath with fixed overhead shower, vanity basin, WC and chrome heated towel rail.

All the bedding is of a high quality and is non-allergenic.


There is a west-facing courtyard garden which is shingled with a variety of pots. There is an outside table and chairs and a barbecue for guests to enjoy dining al-fresco.

Unrestricted, on-street parking is available nearby on neighbouring roads or there is a public (Pay & Display) car-park less than 50m away. (The owner is happy for us to reimburse a weekly Pay and Display ticket to guests who send us proof of purchase.)
