Wells is close to several famous nature reserves including Holkham, Cley, Titchwell & Pensthorpe. It’s ideal for walkers and bird watchers. Wells has a wonderful harbour and fishing community, and a lovely beach dotted with colourful beach huts against a backdrop of pine trees.
There are plenty of superb eateries from cafés & coffee shops to gastro pubs, restaurants & fish ‘n’ chip shops. The narrow main street has various independent shops with great choices for everyone, from fashion & gifts to delicious local produce.
Bosuns Retreat is within easy walking distance of the quay, shops and restaurants.
