A beautiful cosy and very well equipped cottage with a lovely welcoming bottle of wine and some crisps. As for location it couldn’t have been more perfect. Very close to the harbour but still secluded. Wells is a lovely fishing town - lots to do and see. My only regret is we didn’t stay a little longer.
Lovely cosy cottage. Maintained to high standard.
Honestly, a beautiful cottage in the perfect location with loads of thoughtful touches. Will definitely return.
Great location. Quiet, well equipped cottage if slightly 'bijou'. Pizza at Flour, a mere 10 paces from the door.
We had another perfect, relaxing stay at Channel Cottage. Amazing location and beautiful little home. It was our second visit and I’m sure we will be back.
The loveliest little cottage 2 minutes walk from harbour front. Tastefully furnished. The owners have thought about everything you might need or maybe have forgotten. Appreciated the care and cleanliness. Comfortable bed offering firm and softer option. Will definitely be going back.
Another excellent stay in this lovely cottage. Ideally situated and perfect for two people and a small dog. We hope to return later in the year. We enjoyed walks around Holkham Hall and a meal out in our favourite restaurant Wells Crab House.
Comfortable, peaceful cottage, ideal location. We enjoyed walks along the coast path, exploring Norfolk churches. Excellent local shops, sunshine every day.
The cottage was comfortable, clean and well-equipped and its location was ideal as a base. We were very happy with our stay there. All the facilities we required were close at hand and we particularly enjoyed not having to use the car during our stay. We also really appreciated the dog shower.
In walking distance for all amenities. Two Magpies bakery just paces away is a must. The cottage although small has everything you might need. Nice and warm re heating. Open fire too. The bathroom is very cosy. Locals were friendly. Well’s Next The Sea just lovely. Thank you!
A fantastic find - this small, but perfectly formed cottage is in the heart of Wells and provided us, and our dog, with a very comfortable stay. A great place for winter walks and fantastic to have a hot & cold shower for our dog.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The cottage was as expected, ideal for a short stay, being warm and cosy with the usual facilities. The weather was very variable, so having a fire was ideal. The kitchen worked well.
