A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday cottage for up to 6 people plus baby. It has a driveway with parking for up to 3 cars, an enclosed garden for families with small children and dogs, and is within walking distance of The Quay, pubs, shops, restaurants and the Holkham Estate.

Downstairs
The spacious lounge has a large corner sofa seating 6 and a woodburner with french doors onto a decked area. There’s a smart 32″ LCD TV and a dvd player with a selection of dvds to suit all ages. Board games, toys, books & jigsaw puzzles are all available.
The dining room is a light, good sized room with a dining table & chairs for 6 people.
The cottage has a very well equipped family kitchen including a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A welcome pack containing local produce is available on arrival.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.
The downstairs shower room has a shower with a low lip, WC and hand basin.
Upstairs
The main bedroom is a large room with a king sized bed, dressing table, case stand, DAB radio, hairdryer and flatscreen TV with Now TV.
There’s also a selection of books.
The double bedroom has a double bed, flatscreen TV with Now TV, radio and dressing table.
The twin bedroom has twin beds and a radio, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath.
The cottage has full gas central heating for keeping warm in winter.
Outside
The lounge opens onto a decked area with a small table.
The garden has a small lawned area, a covered seating area and an outside dining table with seating for 6 people. In the summer it’s a real sun-trap, perfect for summer barbecues and evening drinks.
It’s an enclosed garden, making it safe for families with small children and dogs.
The garage has a table tennis table and dart board and can be used to store your bikes.
Coastguard Cottage is dog friendly and is located close to the beach where, apart from a small stretch, they can roam freely off the lead.
For muddy or sandy dogs, there’s an outside tap & hose, towels to dry them afterwards and complimentary doggie shampoo. Dog bowls are also provided along with spare ‘poo’ bags.
Wells itself is an exceptionally dog friendly place.
The cottage has a driveway with parking for up to 3 cars, a big benefit in Wells where parking is at a premium.
The cottage is less than 500m walk to Staithe Street (the main shopping street) and the Quay. The famous beach at Wells is a one mile walk from the town centre along the sea wall (Beach Road) or if you prefer to drive, there is a large car park at the end of Beach Road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything we could possibly want and more, a real home from home. A lovely quiet location, great garden, easy parking and all within reach of the quayside, town and beach. Can't wait to return!
Stunning little cottage, perfectly located to wander into town or to the quay then down to the beach. Accommodation was exactly as described with all the necessary facilities for a perfect holiday.

The cottage is AMAZING! There is nothing that hasn't been thought about! Home from home! Games in the garage were an added bonus and gave us many a family laugh.
Another wonderful stay - home from home - love the new doors & raised decking. Will be back for sure - love the enclosed safe garden - great for dogs.
Back for our 2nd Christmas at Coastguard. We had a great time and were lucky enough to add an extra day. We did the same restaurants as last year and weren't disappointed.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in this charming property. Check in was easy, the property was clean and spacious. Lovely welcome goodies made it perfect. Everything worked and lovely to have 2 bathrooms. Great location.
Great location and area and loads to see and do, especially with a dog. Cottage is a good size and has everything you need inside and out. Ability to park 3 cars in Wells is very rare!
