Coastguard Cottage is one of four cottages built to home Wells coastguards. The cottages are situated to the left side of the town and lie in a fabulous position with views of the pinewoods. The cottage is in a very quiet area but only five minutes walk away from the picturesque harbour.

Decorated to the highest standard with lots of original features including an open fire in the cosy lounge. There’s a fully equipped large dining kitchen and two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin room, along with off road parking for two cars.

Coastguard Cottage sleeps four people in two good sized bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large storage cupboard. Travel cot/bedside guards are available.

The bathroom is upstairs with a toilet, bath and over-bath shower.

The cottage benefits from having a large family kitchen fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer box and dining table with four chairs.

In the living room are lots of original features including an open fire, providing a cosy feel. There are spectacular views over the pinewoods from this room.

The cottage is heated by gas central heating controlled by a thermostat and combi boiler.

There is Wi-Fi, Catch Up TV, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Outside is a courtyard with a picnic table. To the front of the cottage is a small table and two chairs.

Coastguard Cottage benefits from having its own drive providing off street parking for two cars.
