Compass Cottage (No.9 Brig Square) is an original Fishermans Cottage over 360 years old full of character, including old oak beams and alcoves. This spacious 2 bedroom property is spread over 3 floors and can easily sleep a family of 5.

There are two gardens front and back. The back garden is enclosed so you can relax and allow younger children to play in safety. Being close to the Quay and town centre, the private off road parking next to the cottage is a huge bonus.

The entrance to Compass Cottage leads into a lounge with characterful oak beam ceiling and feature fireplace. The dining area seats 5 guests.

Adjacent to the lounge is a cloak room/WC.

The well equipped kitchen leads to a south facing garden which has patio furniture. There is bicycle storage and a drying area.

On the first floor is a bedroom which overlooks a cottage garden. The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe.

In the bathroom is a wash basin, bath with over-head shower and WC.

On the second floor is a spacious attic bedroom with 3 adult single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

The cottage has amazing views to the marshes, lifeboat station and out to sea.
