Downstairs is a large family kitchen/diner with modern appliances including a 4-ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is also a dining table that seats 4 people.
The living room features a wood burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD Player, BT Vision box and free Wi-Fi.
Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe (there is also a television and digital radio with iPod docking station available in this room). The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a walk-in wardrobe.
The family bathroom has an over bath shower and WC.
Outside is a courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Booking Information
- Rental is weekly
- Changeover day is Friday
- Short breaks are available and are charged at 80% of the weekly price
- Gas central heating and electricity are included in the rental
- Duvets, pillows, bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels are also included
- Pets (one dog) and children are welcome
- An additional £15 cleaning charge applies to have one dog stay in the cottage
- The property is strictly no smoking
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at time of booking
- Balance payment and a £100 (returnable) damage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date
