East Fleet is the perfect cosy coastal getaway for two, enviably located along Wells East Quay with stunning views of the harbour and the added bonus of off-street parking.
This bijou holiday studio is single-storey with a sitting area enjoying fabulous harbour views, compact kitchen, king-size bedroom and modern shower room. At the front there’s a paved area with table overlooking the harbour and the advantage of an off-road parking space.
It’s literally steps to join the Norfolk coastal path along East Quay and a short walk to the highly renowned Crown Inn, Globe Inn and a great selection of local shops, the Two Magpies bakery, award winning Fish and Chips.
Short breaks of 3 nights or more are available throughout June, July and August.

Ground Floor
Entrance: spacious entrance hall with console table and coats and boots storage.
Shower room: with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
A door from the entrance hall opens into the open plan studio comprising the kitchen, sitting area and sleeping area.
Kitchen area: a small kitchen with a 2 ring halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Sitting area: has a large picture window and furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, enjoying lovely harbour views.
Bedroom: comfortable room with a beamed ceiling at the back with a king-size bed, bedside table and lamps, wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Outside
There is an ample off-street parking area at the front with one designated parking spaces and plenty of space to leave kayaks, paddle boards etc. which can be enjoyed straight from the slipway.
Also, at the front is an outdoor table and 2 chairs which enjoys splendid views across the harbour. Simply the perfect place to sit and watch the tide rise and fall!
East Fleet is located along East Quay which is literally on the Norfolk coastal path so perfect for walkers.

An ideal location, away from the main area, lovely views and easy walking distance to everything. Lovely shower, place was spotless, good to be able to park outside and leave the car there.
The location of this property is ideal if you want direct access to the water as it is yards away. The view is fantastic. The property is bijou, which is great if you are out all day and only want a bed for the night. The bed is very comfortable. The walk through the town to the Lifeboat Station and beach is lovely.
Nice little studio with everything close at hand. Immaculately clean and views of the Quay fantastic. Nice to have on-site parking too. Lovely walks to the Quay and beach. Local restaurants such as Bang and Plattens were excellent as was the Two Magpies bakery.
Cute little place to stay - we called it our bijou bedsit! Fabulous, quiet location and lovely views to the marshes and the tide. Very comfortable bed. Everything we needed for a weekend stay.
We enjoyed our stay and had 3 good nights. We loved the location. Watching the activity, especially at high tide. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
I stayed at East Fleet with my assistance dog for a week & it was the perfect location for walks to Wells-Next-The-Sea beach & Holkham via the woods. A short walk along the harbour takes you into the town with a variety of shops, eateries, pubs etc.
Excellent bus service. Birdwatching in the harbour. A trip to Clay nature reserve. A trip to Sheringham.
