Freeholders is a unique new property with stunning views across the marshes and creeks of Wells. Living accommodation is on the first floor, and both bedrooms have king size beds. There is a first floor bathroom and a downstairs shower room, and a secluded roof terrace with 360 degree views, making the most of the wonderful surroundings.

The open plan living and dining area has beautiful oak parquet flooring throughout and a wall of windows overlooking the salt marshes. The living area has an enormous squishy sofa and several small armchairs making this a convivial and sociable space - ideal for relaxing and watching the tide come in and out. There is a smart TV with a Sky package, games and cards. A large bookcase in the bedroom has hundreds of books with something to suit everybody.

The kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster, cafetieres, full-sized dishwasher, under-counter fridge and freezer. There is no conventional cooker but a 2-door electric AGA. The AGA stays on permanently and does not require turning on or off. An AGA Cookbook is supplied.

There's plenty of crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a selection of herbs and spices for guests to use.

There is an additional large larder fridge in the utility room downstairs. Also a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and an iron and ironing board. The utility room has ample hanging space and doubles as a boot-room.

Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable king size beds. The front bedroom features a large drop-down window with amazing views that can be enjoyed from the bed.

The first floor bathroom is ideal for relaxing with a shower bath, toilet, large sink, heated mirror and parquet flooring. The downstairs shower room is a practical room for post-beach adventures with a large walk in shower, heated towel rail and independent underfloor heating. Towels for the bathrooms are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Basic soaps and toilet roll are also included.

A truly special feature is the secluded roof terrace with 360 degree views, furniture for lounging and dining, and a dumbwaiter to bring food and drink from the kitchen.

There is a car parking space opposite the house.
