Occupying the entire first floor, the bright and airy open-plan living area is designed for togetherness.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Morning coffee is elevated by the Nespresso machine, perfect for a slow start to your day.

Dining: Enjoy family meals at the dining table (seats four, with an extension available for extra elbow room).

Relaxation: Sink into the large, comfortable corner sofa at the end of the day. For your entertainment, the lounge features a TV with Freesat and an Amazon Firestick, giving you easy access to Netflix and Prime Video.

Stay Connected: With high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and an extensive collection of books, maps, guides, and games, you’ll have everything you need for a rainy afternoon or for planning your next North Norfolk adventure.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The clever layout over three floors provides privacy and flexibility for families or couples:

The Master Suite (Second Floor): A tranquil hideaway featuring a Queen-size bed, bedside units, and an alcove for hanging clothes. The small landing area also hosts a versatile sofa bed.

This floor is served by an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The Second Bedroom (Ground Floor): Located off the main entrance hallway, this flexible room can be configured as a luxurious double or two twin beds to suit your group.

Convenience: The ground floor also features a modern shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a combined washing machine/dryer tucked neatly under the stairs.

Outside

Step out of the back to find our south-facing courtyard. It’s a sun-drenched spot equipped with a table and chairs – ideal for an alfresco breakfast or an evening drink.

Please note: To maintain the open feel of the courtyard, our seating area is not partitioned from the neighboring cottages.
