Grey Goose Cottage is a delightful fisherman’s cottage very close to Wells Harbour. Fully centrally heated and recently redecorated, the cottage sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms.
The house has a wonderfully sunny, south facing enclosed courtyard in which to relax with a glass or two, after a busy day on the beach. It is also dog friendly.

Downstairs the cottage has a sitting room and kitchen with dining room table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a single (one with a glimpse of the sea!) and a light and airy family bathroom.
There are books, games, toys and Wi-Fi.
The house is dog friendly.
The cottage is in a fantastic position in the centre of Wells just steps away from the quay, restaurants and cafes. It is situated within minutes of the Buttlands where there are fantastic award-winning gastropubs. A pirate play park and ice cream parlour are at the end of the road.

Second time we have stayed, brilliant location and lovely cottage!
A lovely little cottage a stone’s throw from Wells quay. Perfectly located for crabbing, great takeaways and walks to the beach. Plus there’s a kids playground just over the road. It’s cosy and well equipped and we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay again.
Amazing cottage which felt so homely and in an absolutely incredible location right on the doorstep of the harbour and all the amenities of the town and high street! We will be back for sure!
Jane’s house in Wells is perfectly situated in the town. An easy walk to pubs and restaurants and also the lovely beach. The house is comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. We had a wonderful few days and will definitely be back.
Gorgeous little cottage in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean and really lovely homely feel. Jane was a wonderful host and provided great local information. Fab little few nights away and would wholeheartedly recommend - would love to return!
Beautiful cosy cottage, filled with so much quirky character. Well equipped with everything you would need and more. Really close to town centre and not far from the beach and pinewoods! This is somewhere we definitely plan to revisit.
The location was great; central to Wells with the quay, shops, beach bus stop and playpark close by. The cottage had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, had lovely decor and felt very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
Fantastic location for exploring Wells and the surrounding areas. Jane’s place is both lovely and quiet as well as being very close to the harbour. The property was spotless and we felt immediately at home for the week with our dog.
The cottage was excellent. Furnishings and linens were high standard and really comfortable - the bed was supportive but not too firm. The location was perfect for access to the beach and town and the nearby car park was safe for the week. Would highly recommend.
Lovely characterful cottage ideally located right in the thick of things. Walkable to lots of lovely shops, coffee shops and pubs, right on the coast and near to beautiful beaches. Excellent stay thank you.
Faultless from start to finish. Very cosy little cottage bang in the centre of Wells. Quiet at night and day actually. Would book again.
We had a lovely stay here - such a fantastic location and a really well equipped cottage. Amazingly close the quay, shops and restaurants and easy to park in the car park behind. Would 100% recommend and we would happily book again.
