Grey Seal Cottage is a delightful brick and flint cottage just minutes from Wells Quay. It sleeps 4 (plus baby) in 2 bedrooms, and is dog friendly.
It has a wonderfully sunny, south facing enclosed garden for children and dogs to run around in plus off road parking, a rarity in Wells!

Sleeping four, Grey Seal Cottage has a wonderfully sunny, south facing large garden where you can relax and barbecue after a busy day at the beach. It has a patio with an outdoor dining set plus a pretty pergola with comfortable sofas.
Downstairs the cottage has a sitting room, kitchen and conservatory with dining room table, and upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms and a large family bathroom which has a separate bath and shower.
There is off street parking, books, games, toys and wifi.
The house is situated within minutes of the Buttlands where there are fantastic award-winning gastropubs. You can wander down to the quay and watch the local fishermen bring in their catches whilst children enjoy fishing for crabs. Wells has a fantastic butcher, greengrocer, deli and baker, plus a supermarket 5 minutes walk away from the house.

I’m so glad we chose this house as it perfectly met our needs (and our pup’s)! The house is a quick walk to town centre and walkable to the sea. It was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden was a godsend.
We had a wonderful stay at Grey Seal Cottage over the new year. It's a traditional cosy cottage, with a modern new kitchen and conservatory/dining area on the back, opening onto a lovely big, well-kept and secluded garden, which our dog loved exploring!

Our second stay at Jane’s cottage, excellent again…no complaints. Lovely outdoor space….cottage very clean.
Super stay, lovely cottage with a huge garden. Very clean and has all the amenities that you need. 10 minute walk to the shops, and town. About 30 min walk to the beach. Will stay again.
Was great to walk into town, no reason to use the car. We would definitely go back. Was clean and tidy. Kitchen area was lovely and the conservatory area was a lovely place to sit. The dogs loved the garden. Perfect spot for a perfect holiday.
A great find ! Beautiful, very comfortable cottage with a private back garden and parking. The outside space is a particular plus which in the summer months especially would be a great place to relax and pass the hours. Would highly recommend overall.
