Stayed at Guillemot for a few days and absolutely loved it! It is the cutest little place, tucked on a quiet lane away from the hustle & bustle of Wells. The place was spotless, warm and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful break in Wells Next the Sea. The property was a great base for exploring the area and had all that we needed for a comfortable break.
The barn was very cosy and clean, with everything we needed for our weeks stay. It is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the shops and harbour. We will definitely stay again!
We found Guillemot Barn very warm and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It is located close to the Quay with a good choice of places to eat even in early February. There is a lot to do in the area. The barn is a good location for visiting the north Norfolk coast.
Guillemot Barn is a lovely place to stay. We felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. Shops and pubs are nearby. You can walk to the beach and the marshes. We would happily return for another stay.
Lovely, comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of Wells centre. Living room, dining kitchen upstairs, bedroom at street level with access to a pretty garden. Parking space was so useful. We like to self-cater and there was everything we needed.
The apartment was clean, had a welcome gift basket, and was most enjoyable to stay in. It has all required to cook should you wish, and upstairs offers a view of the start of coastal path. We will happily stay here again should we travel back.
We had the most wonderful stay. Such a peaceful and well sized cottage for me and my partner. The upside down setup worked so well, having the bedroom opening up to the courtyard made us feel so in touch with the surroundings. We would love to come back one day.
This is a really lovely place. A little gem in beautiful part of North Norfolk. It is in a very quiet spot with great views and there is everything you would need in the property for a short or longer stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing property. Has everything you could need for a lovely stay, including a very well equipped kitchen, comfy large bed, modern shower and lovely lounge. Very warm and cosy. Easy walk to the town and beach.
What a beautiful cottage. It truly did not disappoint. Daniel was brilliant from the time of booking to checking out. Great location and will most definitely recommend to friends and family.
