Each cottage has its own unique character, and all are set within a private square with parking for each property. Brig Square is surrounded by lovely buildings, some dating back to 1648. It is close to the Quay, shops and restaurants.

Pirates Cottage (No.8 Brig Square) is full of character, with old oak beams and a striking stone fireplace. This 2 bedroom property can sleep a family of 5.

The entrance leads into an oak beamed lounge with a feature fireplace and a dining area. There is a ground floor cloakroom/WC.

The well equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave and fridge.

The south facing garden has a small patio with table & chairs.

On the first floor is the main bedroom that overlooks the square. It has a double bed, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and a fitted wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath with an over-head shower, wash basin and toilet.

On the second floor is the attic bedroom with 3 adult size single beds and a fitted wardrobe. This room has amazing views across the marshes, harbour and out to sea.

Wells is close to famous nature reserves: Holkham, Cley, Titchwell & Pensthorpe. It's ideal for walkers & bird watchers. Wells has a wonderful harbour & fishing community, and a lovely beach dotted with colourful beach huts with a backdrop of pine trees.

There are plenty of superb eateries & well known fish n’ chip shops. The narrow main street has various shops with great choices for everyone.

Pirates Cottage is within easy walking distance of the Quay, shops and restaurants.
