Bedroom 1: Lovely spacious room with fabulous views out across towards the sea. Contains a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV.

En-suite Bathroom: Contemporary bath, walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: Wonderful light and spacious room with triple aspect windows. Contains a double bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, TV and a wardrobe.

Mainsail Yard is conveniently positioned off Freeman Street and access to the property is via two 5-bar gates with off-street parking for 2 cars.

The field behind the house has been sympathetically developed by the Holkham Estate as a parking area with access to the beach over two further fields. A great deal of effort has gone into ensuring it blends with the landscape by putting in two large ponds directly behind the Mainsail Yard properties and planting trees and shrubs around them.
