Seaborne is a luxurious penthouse quayside apartment with absolutely breathtaking views of Wells harbour, with a gorgeous balcony at the front overlooking the sea and a second south facing balcony at the back. No expense has been spared in furnishing and equipping this stunning light and airy coastal apartment with underfloor heating and air-conditioning throughout making it the perfect temperature in all weather conditions.
Cleverly designed so guests can enjoy a sociable open plan living space with wonderful views, together with two beautifully presented bedrooms (with super king and double beds), each with their own contemporary shower room. It also has the added advantage of lift access for the less mobile and a designated parking space.

The penthouse is accessed via a private parking area (through an archway next to The Granary building) on the Quay. There is an entrance lobby where guests may choose to use the lift or a wide staircase to access the top floor.
Each room in the apartment has underfloor heating heating with thermostatic controls, together with remote controlled air-conditioning units.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with large glazed windows gives stunning views across the harbour.
Kitchen: Contemporary well-equipped kitchen, generously supplied with outdoor melanin tableware, plenty of crockery and glasses. Contains an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, under counter fridge, free-standing small freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Bosch coffee machine (please bring your own pods). Doors open out to the back balcony.
Dining Area: Overlooks the harbour and has a large round dining table with four chairs.
Sitting Area: Overlooks the harbour and decorated in a contemporary coastal style with two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, large Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player and an electric flame-effect fire. Glazed doors open out to the front balcony.
Bedroom 1: Lie in bed and enjoy the lovely harbour view! With a super king-size (6ft) bed, bedside lamps, overhead ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes. There’s a door opening out to a small balcony overlooking the harbour.
En-suite Shower Room: Newly installed with large shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With Velux window enjoying harbour views from the double (4’6″ ft) bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Newly fitted with a shower, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside
Front Balcony: A fabulous place to sit and watch Wells harbour – simply magical at any time of the year! There are two high tables and stools with wall-mounted heaters to keep you warm on chilly evenings.
Back Balcony: A south facing suntrap overlooking the back of Wells. Has two outdoor lounger chairs and wall-mounted heaters for warmth.
There is the advantage of a designated parking space for one car in the private Quayside Court parking area.
This is the ultimate coastal location, situated on the quay within walking distance of the beautiful coast and all of Wells’ shops and places to eat.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and modern with everything we needed for our stay. The views are fabulous from the balcony, from early in the morning to evening time. I found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The extra bonus was a parking space and a lift.
A fantastic and comfortable location with amazing views and the nightly ritual of watching the fishing boats cross the Bar and land their catch. Hope to return.
This is our third visit and as wonderful and great as before. So clean and tidy, exactly what we look for for a week away. Fantastic views of the ever changing quayside. So many walks to do, and bus rides to other local towns. Can't wait for our return visit!
This is a beautiful apartment with a brilliant view across the marsh and out to sea. It is well equipped with everything you could need and we really appreciated the welcome pack of wine, biscuits and nibbles. It was also extremely clean and well cared for with a very comfortable bed and sofas.
The apartment is centrally located, has fabulous views out to sea across the marshes and is clean and well appointed. The bottle of Prosecco, cookies and crisps were a welcoming touch - thank you. The quality of the furniture and fittings and the cleanliness, made us feel very comfortable.

This is a beautifully presented property in a superb location. It is fully equipped, including air con. We did several walks around the area. The town of Wells has all the essential shops plus some good restaurants, particularly Bang. The walk up to the lifeboat station and beach is well worth it.
Fantastic holiday home, great position and views. We’ve already booked for next year.
