It also has the added advantage of lift access for the less mobile and a designated parking space.

Further Details

The penthouse is accessed via a private parking area (through an archway next to The Granary building) on the Quay. There is an entrance lobby where guests may choose to use the lift or a wide staircase to access the top floor.

Each room in the apartment has underfloor heating heating with thermostatic controls, together with remote controlled air-conditioning units.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with large glazed windows gives stunning views across the harbour.

Kitchen: Contemporary well-equipped kitchen, generously supplied with outdoor melanin tableware, plenty of crockery and glasses. Contains an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, under counter fridge, free-standing small freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Bosch coffee machine (please bring your own pods). Doors open out to the back balcony.

Dining Area: Overlooks the harbour and has a large round dining table with four chairs.

Sitting Area: Overlooks the harbour and decorated in a contemporary coastal style with two comfy sofas, armchair, coffee table, large Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player and an electric flame-effect fire. Glazed doors open out to the front balcony.

Bedroom 1: Lie in bed and enjoy the lovely harbour view! With a super king-size (6ft) bed, bedside lamps, overhead ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes. There's a door opening out to a small balcony overlooking the harbour.

En-suite Shower Room: Newly installed with large shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: With Velux window enjoying harbour views from the double (4'6" ft) bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside

Front Balcony: A fabulous place to sit and watch Wells harbour - simply magical at any time of the year! There are two high tables and stools with wall-mounted heaters to keep you warm on chilly evenings.

Back Balcony: A south facing suntrap overlooking the back of Wells. Has two outdoor lounger chairs and wall-mounted heaters for warmth.

There is the advantage of a designated parking space for one car in the private Quayside Court parking area.
