Seascapes is a newly renovated coastal retreat, ideally located just a short walk to the quay. This stylish holiday home has the advantage of a downstairs bedroom and walk-in shower room, a bright and modern well equipped kitchen, spacious downstairs living/dining area with doors to garden room and garden beyond.
Upstairs there are a further two beautifully styled good-sized bedrooms: a twin room with en-suite shower room and a king size room with an en-suite cloakroom. Outside there’s a private back garden with comfortable seating and a large front garden with ample off road parking in the front drive.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall with stairs to first floor.
Sitting/Dining Area: A bright light and spacious, sociable space with large L- shaped sofa, feature gas fireplace, Smart TV, dining table with chairs and bench seat and French doors opening out to a garden room.
Garden Room: With doors to the rear garden.
Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen, well-equipped with a electric hob, built in oven and microwave, integral fridge and freezer, integral dishwasher, washing machine and a wine cooler. Side door to garden.
Ground Floor Bedroom 3: Lovely room with a double bed (4’6″), bedside tables and lamps and a hanging rail.
Shower Room: With large walk-in shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The stairs from the hallway are not steep and there is a hand rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A beautiful room with a feature wall. Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and a TV.
En-suite Cloakroom: With hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Good-sized room with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, hairdryer, chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe.
En-suite Bathroom: With corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside
There is a large front driveway with parking for two to three cars.
At the back is a garden laid to lawn and a terrace with comfortable rattan outside seating with cushions.
Located just a short walk to the quay, the highly renowned Crown Inn, Globe Inn and a great selection of independent shops. The beach may easily be reached on foot, or via an electric classic “Charabanc Bus.”
- Changeover day is Friday
- Deposit payable – 33% of total rent
- Balance payable 42 days prior to arrival
- Smoking is not permitted

Very nice bungalow, quiet location, close to facilities. Comfortable beds, high standard of furniture etc. Parking good. Very high quality accommodation.
We have had a great week in Wells. Loved the town and enjoyed the walk to the beach too. The weather has been perfect most days and sitting out in the garden at Seascapes was very relaxing. The house was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and only a short walk into town.

Seascapes was immaculate when we arrived, with many helpful touches. The house was attractively furnished with everything thought of. Russell Close is a peaceful location, but within walking distance of town, so very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property.
A beautiful house in a great location. Clean and well equipped for eating in. Ample parking for three cars on the drive which is a rare find in Wells. We enjoyed being in a location where you can walk into Wells or to Holkham Hall and not having to use the car.

Excellent location in a quiet corner of Wells. Only 5 mins walk down to Quay. Everything was well equipped. Good to have fans in the bedrooms. Garden area had comfortable seating and dining table, which was used extensively over the scorching bank holiday. One of the best houses we've stayed in.
A lovely base for our first visit to Norfolk. Well situated within easy walking distance to amenities. The property itself was ideal for two couples. Beautifully clean and well kept. Every item we could need was provided and the welcome pack was appreciated.

Beautiful house, perfectly laid out and equipped for a family to escape to for a short break. Peaceful location on the outskirts of Wells town but only a couple of minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Staithe Street or the harbour. Would definitely stay here again.
