Seashell Cottage is a charming period dwelling just a stone's throw from the harbour in Wells, ideally situated for sea walks, drives along North Norfolk's beautiful coastline, bird watching or simply relaxing. It's a dream location at any time of the year.
The cosy Victorian ‘2 up 2 down’ cottage has 2 bedrooms - a double room and a single room. It has a log burner and patio garden. We can offer you free private parking which is a 4 minute walk from The Glebe.
The Victorian cottage has all modern comforts including Wi-Fi.
Sitting Room:
In addition to the central heating there is a wood burning stove. There are three comfortable chairs, pine bookshelves with a small selection of books. There is a TV with integrated DVD Player. In the old pine dresser you will find a lovely china dinner service and plenty of glasses. The original "Norfolk winder" steep stairs lead from the sitting room to a small landing, the two bedrooms and bathroom.
Kitchen:
Equipped with microwave, gas cooker, fridge and a table with seating for four. Through the kitchen door you can access a pretty patio and garden with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
Bedrooms :
There is a double bedded room with pine wardrobe, dressing table and original fireplace. The pretty single room has a wardrobe. All linen is provided.
Bathroom:
Pretty and modern. The bath has an "in bath" shower. Please bring your own towels.
Parking:
There is parking outside the cottage between September and Good Friday. There is also private parking (offstreet) available for £25 per week, a 4 minute walk from the cottage.
Children over 6 years and above are welcome.

The cottage is immediately adjacent to Wells Harbour. Staithe Street, home of traditional bakers, fishmongers, butchers, restaurants, pubs and cafes, is a one minute walk away!

The cottage is available to rent from £300 per week to £550 per week in High Season.
Short Breaks are sometimes available out of season. Please enquire for availability.
