Sunnyside Lodge is a single-storey property with three bedrooms, ideal for a family holiday. It is just a short drive from Wells-next-the-Sea, and the perfect base from which to explore the Norfolk coast.
The open-plan living area has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats six people and a comfortable seating area. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The larger bedroom has a super-king bed and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller bedroom has twin beds suitable for children.
Sunnyside Lodge is part of Nutwood Lodges, a trio of properties nestled on a quiet country lane between Binham and Wighton, a few miles from Wells-next-the-Sea. Alongside Sunnyside Lodge you’ll find Sunset Lodge and Sunrise Lodge, all enjoying shared use of a lawned garden in pretty and peaceful location close to the coast.
Ideal for holidaying with family and friends, all three lodges can be booked together. Sunnyside and Sunrise have connecting doors for added convenience.
The owners live nearby and run the cycle hire business ‘On Yer Bike’ located next door to Nutwood Lodges.

From the entrance hall you step down into the open plan kitchen/diner and living room.
The farmhouse-style kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For coffee lovers it also has a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and large sliding doors that lead out onto the lawned garden. There are table and chairs for outdoor dining in summer.
The family bathroom has a bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
The master bedroom features a super-king bed, plenty of storage, and double doors that lead to the en-suite with shower, WC and wash-basin. This room also overlooks the pretty garden.
The second bedroom features a double bed with wardrobe and drawers, and the third bedroom has twin beds, ideal for children.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Sunnyside Lodge is warm and welcoming with oil-fired under-floor central heating.
Outside, the shared garden offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the lovely countryside views.
There is private parking for two cars.
Although set in the quiet, unspoilt countryside, there are two pubs nearby. The Carpenters Arms at Wighton is just one mile away, and The Chequers Inn at Binham, slightly further afield at two miles.
You can explore the ruins of nearby Binham Priory, and enjoy breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea at The Parlour, a café set in a beautiful converted barn next to the Priory.
The sandy beach at Wells-next-the-Sea, dotted with colourful beach huts, is a mere five miles away. The town is a mile closer, with a busy working harbour, independent shops and award-winning fish & chip shops.
Walsingham Farm Shop, just under three miles away, has a butchery and deli and stocks locally produced meat, pies, cakes, fruit & veg, along with everyday groceries. A large Co-op supermarket is available in Wells.

Superb place to stay, location was lovely and peaceful and the property was great. The bottle on arrival was a lovely touch.
Second time of staying in this property and it didn't disappoint. We are a party of 10 and these cottages are perfect. It's spacious, comfortable very well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, towels and bedding and also an added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco!! Would 100% recommend this place.
This was a fantastic find and absolutely perfect for our party of two families of 5 each. Very spacious, totally equipped with everything you'd need and because it was two cottages in one it was perfect to have the two kitchens and living rooms. We would definitely recommend and most likely return.
This was perfect for two families spending a weekend together. The property had everything we needed.
