Bathroom: With a full size bath, a separate walk-in shower, WC and wash basin

Enclosed Rear Deck: With views out to the salt marshes beyond. Has outdoor furniture for your use.

First Floor

Sitting Room: The large and spacious sitting room on the first floor has bi-fold doors with Juliette balcony looking across Mainsail Yard towards the harbour. There are two large sofas and occasional chairs with a large coffee table, large TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 1: A king size zip-and-link bed which can be set up as 2ft 6 twin beds (please request at time of booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps.

En-suite Shower Room: A contemporary walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Bedroom 2: Full sized single twin beds which are shown together, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3: With a large windows overlooking the front, a new king-size bed (not shown in picture), chest of drawers, wardrobe, occasional chair and bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 4: A smaller room with full size twin single beds, bedside table and lamp.

Family Bathroom: Bath with mixer tap, WC and wash basin, heated towel rail.

Outside

There is a private gated parking area immediately outside with space for two cars. To the rear of the property a further enclosed deck area has two tables and chairs.

The Pilchard is ideally positioned only a short walk along to the quay and all of Wells’ amenities.

Please note: The field behind the house has been developed by the Holkham Estate as a parking area with access to the beach over two further fields. A great deal of effort has gone into making sure it blends into the landscape by putting in two large ponds directly behind Mainsail Yard properties and planting trees ad shrubs around them.

The Pilchard is located in Mainsail Yard just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque quay and bustling town centre, with its great selection of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
