Tolly House is more than a holiday let, it is also a family holiday home and is equipped to ensure that each stay is a relaxing luxury holiday whether with friends or family.
The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a separate cloak room on the ground floor.
The property has 4 TV’s, a selection of books, Jenga and board games and a log burner fire! Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Tolly House was built in 2007 by the Earl of Leicester whose family have lived at nearby Holkham Hall since the 1750s.

Ground floor:
Under floor heating, entrance hall leading to living room with wood-burning stove, TV with Bluetooth speaker for your music, and French doors to garden.
Well-equipped kitchen/diner with conductor hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, 8 seater oak table, leather chairs and French doors leading to the garden. Separate utility/WC with washing machine/dryer.
First floor:
Relaxing large double bedroom, queen sized bed and plenty of room for a travel cot. TV, en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Twin-bedded room on the same floor with separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second floor:
Double bedroom with queen size bed, round porthole window, TV. Separate twin bedroom with TV.
Garden:
Fully enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Parking for 2 cars at the rear.
Duvets with linen and towels provided.
Free Wi-Fi available to guests.
If you are travelling with little ones, a microwave steriliser, travel cot, high chair, booster chair and large selection of baby and toddler toys are available.
Just a 5 minute walk to shops, the Quay and 2 fantastic gastro pubs (The Crown and The Globe). Tolly House makes a wonderful base for visiting the North Norfolk Coastline.

Tolly House is pretty and looked very attractive on our arrival. Nice white bedlinen, good bathrooms, smart kitchen and plenty of seating. Masses of storage. And a tiny garden which was a suntrap. Extremely warm. We had a lovely time - helped by amazing weather. Thank you.
Lovely home. Suited 2 families of 4 perfectly (4 adults and 4 kids) with the kids sharing the twin rooms. Easy walk into the centre of Wells which is quaint and gorgeous beach a few short mins drive or a long (30 mins) walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Fabulous house for a group of 6 friends to enjoy a weekend away. House was immaculately clean and had everything we needed (plus a few lovely extras like games and books). Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen.
Modern, clean home with a large master bedroom with ensuite. We were two families of 4 and the space worked well for our 3 night stay. Excellent central heating, house warmed up quickly and the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms offered excellent, powerful showers.
Really enjoyed staying in Tolly House which is very comfortable family home. Crabbing at the harbour 15 minutes walk away. Sandy beach approximately 30 minutes walk. Perfect!
A lovely house, very comfortable with all the equipment we needed. Well located, just a few minutes walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Three generations of our family had a lovely holiday.

Great place to stay, ideal base from which to explore North Norfolk. Tolly House was perfect for our family of seven adults, plenty of room, great Wi-Fi and parking for two cars was so useful. We would be very happy to return.
The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the high street of Wells and very near two great gastro pubs, the Crown and the Globe. The House was very clean and easily accommodated 8 people. The garden is a lovely sun trap for meals outside.
Wonderful, clean, ample house with ample facilities in a great location. The bedrooms were large and accommodating, in fact all areas of the house were fantastic, including a lovely garden. Would certainly visit again.
