Wagtails is a modern, self catering holiday bungalow situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the southern side of Wells town, within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
It is family friendly, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 people and 2 dogs. The property has its own garage and driveway with parking for 2 cars and a fully enclosed, dog friendly rear garden. A 7.4 kw EV Charger available to guests.

The fully fitted kitchen/diner includes a fridge freezer, induction hob and double oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, combi microwave/air fryer and Smart TV.
There are three bedrooms: a superking which can also be converted into two 3ft single beds, a double bedroom (with en-suite shower room with an electric power shower) and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom can also be configured as a large single with space for a travel cot if required.
The spacious lounge has a Smart TV, DVD, radio/CD player and Wi-Fi internet access. The fully double glazed cosy bungalow has gas central heating plus a log burning stove in the lounge, ideal for those winter breaks (a basket of logs is provided).
The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath shower, wash basin with mirror and shaver point above, WC and a heated towel rail.
A limited amount of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, loo rolls, dish cloths, liquid soap, kitchen roll, condiments, tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.
The price also includes beds made up ready for your arrival, bath and hand towels, tea towels, oven gloves and bath mat.
Please provide your own beach towels.
The landscaped, private rear garden is fully enclosed by a 6ft high fence and has plenty of garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and summerhouse.
Wagtails also has its own garage and driveway providing parking for at least 2 cars. There is a 7.4kw EV Car Charging point available exclusively for our guests.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge.
All the accommodation is at ground floor level and suitable for those guests with some mobility issues. Please note that the bungalow is not suitable for wheelchair users.
This is a no smoking property.

Our 2nd stay at Wagtails – but this time with our son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren (2yrs & 4yrs). We had the best time and the weather was perfect. The grandchildren loved their ‘holiday home’ especially the fabulous garden and toys. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for our family. Many thanks!
We had a lovely stay, weather was very hot but the bungalow stayed fairly cool. The garden is beautiful and our 9 yr old and 2 yr old loved it!! You really have thought of everything, we love it here!
Thank you both for a lovely holiday, we’ve been very comfortable. Nice to have the secure garden for my dog and even nicer to have a comfy bed! Love Wells, especially Carnival Week. Hope to visit again next year.
