Property Overview

Wagtails is a modern, self catering holiday bungalow situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the southern side of Wells town.

It is family friendly, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 people and 2 dogs. The property has its own garage and driveway with parking for 2 cars and a fully enclosed, dog friendly rear garden.

The fully fitted kitchen/diner includes a fridge freezer, induction hob and double oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Freeview TV.

There are three bedrooms: a superking which can also be converted into two 3ft single beds, a double bedroom (with en-suite shower room with an electric power shower) and a twin bedroom. All the beds have “all seasons” duvets. The twin bedroom can also be configured as a large single with space for a travel cot if required.

The spacious lounge with Freeview TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and Wi-Fi internet access also has a telephone for incoming/emergency calls. The fully double glazed cosy bungalow has gas central heating plus a log burning stove in the lounge, ideal for those winter breaks (a basket of logs is provided).

The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath shower, wash basin with mirror and shaver point above, WC and a heated towel rail.

A limited amount of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, loo rolls, dish cloths, liquid soap, kitchen roll, condiments, tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

The price also includes beds made up ready for your arrival, bath and hand towels, tea towels, oven gloves and bath mat.

Please provide your own beach towels.

The private rear garden is fully enclosed by a 6ft high fence and has plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ and playhouse for the children. Wagtails also has its own garage and driveway providing parking for at least 2 cars.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge.

All the accommodation is at ground floor level and suitable for those guests with some mobility issues. Please note that the bungalow is not suitable for wheelchair users.

This is a no smoking property.

Weekend, mid-week, in fact whenever you want to arrive and leave, we will do our best to be as flexible as possible to ensure you get the break you want.

Minimum stay 2 nights @ £ 140 per night – Additional nights @ £ 75 per night.

Such a comfortable home – loved the new kitchen – great week for us re-visiting our favourite walks and discovering new ones. We love this house and this place. Hoping to be re-visiting next year.
