The detached cottage is stylish, quiet and comfortable, benefitting from its own private driveway (parking for up to 4 cars) and pretty enclosed private garden (a rare find for a cottage in such a central location).
It has 4 great sized bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. 2 doubles (1 with ensuite shower room) and 2 twin rooms.
Dog friendly accommodation (max 2 dogs).
The interior has been renovated and repainted for Spring 2023 with new bathrooms and furniture.

A beautiful house. Spacious and comfortable. It’s situated in the perfect location as it’s within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs. The private parking is a real bonus for Wells too. I’d recommend this house and I’m sure we’ll stay here again.
This is a great house in a well appointed location. Easy to find and park. Easy access. Big rooms and lots of space for family gatherings with a nice outdoor space. Easily walkable to all Wells’ attractions. Looks even better in reality than the photos can show. Really enjoyed our family weekend here. Thank you.
The house was beautifully looked after, in a fantastic location, a short walk from the centre of Wells but also private with a lovely sunny garden. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.
We had the most amazing stay! The rooms are all a brilliant size, the house is stunning! We loved the kitchen area and enjoyed many fun evenings in the garden and dining area. The parking was great and everything was within walking distance. We loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend.
We were so pleased to be able to return to this wonderful house in the centre of Wells. It is comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything is laid out perfectly to make life easy and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds and sofas are so comfortable! We will definitely be back again soon.
What a beautiful house in an amazing location, so close to the seaside town and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend, we had a bag of goodies left for us, and the house was immaculate. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.
Wayfarer House is a lovely property well situated for The Quay and harbour. Bike rides to Holkham Hall and Estate, walks in the forest and the lovely sandy beach are all within easy reach of this well-appointed house. We would love to stay here again.
Wayfarer House is a beautiful cottage, clean and tidy in a great location and within 5 minutes walk from Wells Harbour. Julia is very accommodating and friendly and the property is the perfect, homely base from which you can explore the Norfolk coast. Thank you for a lovely relaxing break.
We had an amazing weekend staying at Wayfarer House. The accommodation was perfect for six adults and our dog. The position was perfect for walking in Wells & beyond. Julia was a fantastic host. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Norfolk.
The accommodation was clean, tidy, and very comfortable - especially the beds. The location is excellent too, just a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the nice garden, perfect for our dog to run around and lovely to relax in during the evenings. Highly recommended for a family getaway!
Julia's home was outstanding. It is beautifully decorated. Very clean and spacious. We can't wait to return. The house is right in the middle of Wells with the high street, restaurants and sea front all within walking distance.
Wayfarer House was cosy, spotless and really conveniently located. We had a super family break and Julia was a great host - we will definitely be back.
