Wisteria Cottage is the perfect luxury holiday retreat for adults only. A charming Grade II listed brick and flint cottage built around 1828, it has been in the owners family since 1911.
This stunning cottage has been lovingly renovated and fully refurbished marrying modern and traditional materials. Wisteria Cottage is located only a few hundred yards from both the town and the quayside, within a large garden with off road parking.

The Cottage features a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, reception area and cloakroom including toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two spacious double bedrooms and a single bedroom, plus a luxury bathroom.
The double rooms have King size beds and 32″ flat screen wall mounted televisions with Freesat viewing. All beds are fitted with pocket sprung mattresses and luxurious quality white bed linen. The luxury bathroom is fitted with a large walk in double shower, a boat bath and a heated towel rail.
The sitting room has comfortable sofas with a flat screen television with a DVD player incorporating a full SKY stream package. The dining area offers seating for six and a comfortable chair to relax, read or simply unwind listening to your favourite music from the CD player or iPod dock.
The reception is a quiet area with a table, chair and Wi-Fi available throughout.
The kitchen which is well equipped includes a fridge freezer, double oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a wash house which has a further freezer and tumble dryer.
There is a downstairs toilet.
There are two traditional ‘winder’ staircases at each end of the cottage which makes it unsuitable for children or those with limited mobility.
The outside area offers car parking off road for two vehicles, together with an attractive large walled garden with two charming original wash houses and water pump with a secluded, large double paved patio area with subtle lighting. This is complemented with wrought iron garden furniture. One wash house has sufficient room for three bicycles.
The cottage has full gas central heating, and there is ample storage and hanging space throughout the Cottage.

- No persons under the age of 17 or pets
- All gas, electricity, towels and linen is included in the price
- Weekly rental
- Short breaks welcome September to March inclusive subject to availability
- Changeover day is Friday
- 30% of the rental is required as a deposit at the time of booking
- The balance plus £100.00 refundable deposit for loss or damage shall be payable 2 calendar months before the commencement of the holiday
- Please note that 24th December Christmas week 2026 is not available

Thank you for another wonderful stay in Wisteria Cottage. The North Norfolk coast, restaurants, pubs and countryside is absolutely fantastic, however, knowing we are coming back to Wisteria makes them even better. Until the next time!
